Journal Description

Journal of Social and Behavioral Nusantara (JSBN) is a scientific journal managed by Yayasan Nurul Musthafa, dedicated to the dissemination of community service works and applied research that bring direct impact to society. The change of name from the previous title reflects a broader commitment to highlight social and behavioral aspects of community engagement, especially those rooted in real practices and field-based studies across the Nusantara.nThe title “Nusantara” emphasizes the journal’s vision to embrace the diversity, wisdom, and potential of local communities across Indonesia, while positioning them in dialogue with global academic discourse. By focusing on social and behavioral dimensions, JSBN seeks to capture the richness of human interaction, cultural values, and societal transformation that emerge from genuine community service and participatory initiatives. JSBN is published twice a year (January–June and July–December) and is open access to ensure inclusive dissemination of knowledge. Through this journal, we aim to foster a scholarly culture of collaboration, innovation, and transformative action that benefits both local communities and the wider global audience.
